To plan and design a safe, efficient, and cost effective transportation system by providing quality plans, feasibility studies, technical legal support, and consultant coordination for a highly diverse transportation program in a timely manner.

The Road Design Section recognizes the importance of a safe and efficient transportation system. We are committed to support the overall plan of DOTD in a professional manner by utilizing the latest safety standards and technical design innovation to provide a comprehensive and cost effective design program.
