LA 442 Northbound and Southbound will have a full road closure with a scheduled start of September 28, 2020 and a scheduled end of October 02, 2020 (weather permitting). The location starts at Mile Post - .6 miles wast of LA 1065 and ends at .

LA 442 will be closed 0.6 miles east of LA 1065 beginning 7:00 AM Monday, September 28, 2020 through 5:00 PM Friday, October 2, 2020, weather permitting, while crews replace a cross drain pipe. This notice will be updated. The following detour will be posted: Motorists traveling east shall take LA 1065 south to LA 1064, then east to LA 443, then north to re-intersect LA 442. Motorists traveling west shall take LA 443 south to LA 1064, then west to LA 1065, then north to re-intersect LA 442.
