I-55 Frontage Road - Full - Project #: H.012874 - Tangipahoa Parish

Closure Details:
I-55 will have a full road closure with a scheduled start of September 17, 2020 at 6:00 AM and a scheduled end of September 17, 2020 at 6:00 PM (weather permitting).

Comments:
The I-55 East Frontage Road will be closed at a location 3 miles south of US 51 (S. Morrison Blvd) and 100 feet north of LA 22.

Detour:
The following alternate routes may be used to avoid the construction zone: Motorists traveling I-55 East Fontage Road North may take I-55 North to US 51 (Exit 28), then north to re-intersect the I-55 East Fontage Road. Motorists traveling I-55 East Fontage Road South may take I-55 South to LA 22 (Exit 26), then east to re-intersect the I-55 East Fontage Road.

Restrictions:
Road will be closed to Thru Traffic. Local traffic will be flagged around the work zone. Emergency vehicles will have access.
