The purpose of this project is to replace the Bundick Lake drawdown gate.
The scope of work includes safety buoys/signage at the spillway and repairs at the drawdown structure. Some hurricane damage to the rails at the outfall of the drawdown structure will be repaired.
The drawdown gate will be opened May 17, 2023, to allow crews to work on the project. The gate will remain open for Phase 1 of construction, which is expected to last through the fall of 2023.
The project is scheduled to take a year to complete.
