Left lane closure on the elevated portion of US 90 B East Bound (West Bank Expressway), between approximately 1st Avenue (West of Harvey Canal) to just beyond Manhattan Blvd. Nightly 9 PM to 5 AM, beginning Monday March 7, 2016 through Thursday March 10, 2016 for surveying activities.
