LA 440: S. JCT. LA 1054 -LA 1057, TANGIPAHOA-STATE PROJECT H.011400

On LA 440, 4.2 miles east of Jct. LA 1061 and 1.3 miles west of Jct. LA 1057, the road will be closed to through traffic from 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2016 (weather permitting), while crews install box culvert extensions on LA 440.
PERMIT/DETOUR INFORMATION:
Eastbound motorists may take LA 1061 and travel North to LA 1057, then East to re-intersect with LA 440.
Westbound motorists may take LA 1057 and travel West to the intersection of LA 1061 and LA 1057, then South on LA 1061 to re-intersect with LA 440.
