SPN H.002394: LA 22 (W End of Tchefuncte River Bridge – Marina Beau Chene)

There will be alternating lane closures on LA 22 between the West End of Tchefuncte River Bridge (Milepost 67.48) and Marina Blvd. (Milepost 69.35) on Sunday, January 24, 2016 through Thursday, January 28, 2016 between the hours of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM daily (weather permitting) while crews cold plane and install the base course for the roadway widening.
NOTE: There will be no lane closures on the night of Friday, January 29, 2016 due to the Mardi Gras parade in Mandeville.
Permit/Detour Section
To avoid delays, eastbound motorists may take LA 21 North to I-12, East on I-12 to US 190 (Exit 63B), East on US 190 to LA 22.
Westbound motorists may take US 190 West to I-12, West on I-12 to LA 21 (Exit 59), South on LA 21 to LA 22.
One lane of traffic will be open at all times. Emergency vehicles will have access.
