Northbound and Southbound sides of Airport Access Rd from Veterans Memorial Hwy. to Airline Hwy., outside the clear zones Thursday, February 14th, 2013 through Saturday, February 16th, 2013; from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., while crews install landscaping alongside Airport Access Rd.
