LA 23 (Belle Chasse Hwy) South of Jesuit Bend to the Alliance Refinery (mp 11.3 – 17.3), February 13^th – December 31^st, 6:00 am – 5:00 pm daily, alternating closures of one lane on the North bound and South bound travel lanes.  Construction consists of patching, milling, and overlay of new asphalt.
