LA 75, Road Closure, Iberville Parish

LA 75 in Iberville Parish will be completely closed just east of the intersection of LA 327 (Gummers Lane) starting on Friday, 12/11/2015 at midnight. It will remain closed until Saturday, 12/19/2015 at 8 A.M. No through traffic will be allowed during this closure. Trucks with Permits will need to contact the permit office for an alternate route.
This closure is necessary for LBC to install new pipelines under LA 75 adjacent to the Mississippi River levee.
The signed Detour route will be as follows:
LA 75 westbound traffic will have to take LA 75 to LA 74. Proceed east on LA 74 to LA 30. Turn left onto LA 30 and proceed north to LA 327. Turn left onto LA 327 and head south toward LA 75 and LA 991.
LA 75 eastbound traffic will have to take LA 75 to LA 327 (Gummers Lane). Turn Left and proceed north on LA 327 to LA 30. Turn right on LA 30 and proceed southward to LA 74. Turn right onto LA 74 and proceed west to LA 75.
