UPDATE (8/9/16): All work on this project is now complete.
UPDATE (12/15/15): The road has been reopened. Note that minor work is still occurring at this location so be aware of the construction workers and flaggers as they finish this area.
Beginning Monday, November 30, 2015, LA 576 will be closed approximately 0.4 miles north of its junction with LA 135. The purpose of this road closure is to allow contractors to replace a drainage structure beneath the roadway. The extent of this road closure is anticipated to be 14 calendar days.
Permit/Detour Section
The detour route around this road closure will be accessed using LA 135, LA 132, and LA 622.
