LA 23, left lane will be closed in both the southbound and northbound directions from City Price to St. Jude in Plaquemines Parish beginning November 16, 2015 through January 4, 2016. This closure is for work to construct needed crossovers for future detouring of traffic related to the construction of Levee Raising.
