UPDATE: US 61 / 190 (River Road) East Baton Rouge Parish

This closure is being extended until further notice due to weather related circumstances over the weekend.
US 61/190 (River Road) will have a road closure for repairs from 7 pm Friday, November 6, through 6 am Monday, November 9. Closure of the road will take place from State Capitol Drive to Main Street. This closure is necessary for emergency repairs.
The detour route will be Chippewa Street (Bus 61/Bus 190) to I-110 to Florida Blvd (Bus 61/Bus 190).
