UPDATE: LA 15, Ouachita Parish, Road Closure

UPDATE: The closure listed below has been removed from the roadway, and traffic flow has been returned to its normal operation. All work is not complete on this project, but it is anticipated that any remaining work can be completed with single lane closures and flagging operations.
UPDATE: Due to unforeseen weather conditions and utility conflicts, the closure listed below will have to remain in effect until further notice. A future traffic notice will be sent out when the road is open and traffic has returned to normal.
Scope of Work
Beginning Tuesday, November 3, 2015, LA 15 (Cheniere-Drew Rd) will be closed approximately 0.8 miles north of its junction with US 80. The purpose of this road closure is to allow contractors to replace a drainage structure beneath the roadway. The extent of this road closure is anticipated to be 14 calendar days.
Permit/Detour Section
The detour route around this road closure will be accessed using US 80, LA 617, and LA 616.
