US 71; MacArthur Drive; Rapides Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that on Sunday, February 3, 2013, the northbound left and right lanes of US 71 (MacArthur Drive) will experience alternating temporary lane closures to allow for an overhead truss replacement. The closures will begin at the intersection of US 71 (MacArthur Drive) and Bayou Rapides Road and proceed north. The closures are expected to last from 1:00 PM - Sunday, February 3, 2013 to 6:00 AM - Monday, February 4, 2013.

Permit/Detour section
There will be no width restrictions as a result of these temporary closures.
