LA 39 (Claiborne Ave) between Elysian Fields Avenue and Tupelo Street, will have right lane and shoulder closed for sewer manhole lining work the following dates and times:
October 6th Tuesday – October 9th Friday, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm each day
