The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning Friday September 18, 2015 at 7:00 PM, weather permitting and continuing through Monday September 21, 2015 at 6:00 AM, the westbound turn lane of La 28 East and median crossover will be closed. The public is advised to use alternate routes when possible. This will alleviate congestion and minimize delays. This temporary closure is needed to place Portland Cement Concrete in the intersection that is associated with the ongoing on-ramp improvement project at this location.
