The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that LA 127, Winn Parish, is now OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC.

Winn Parish, LA 127
Closure for Base Failure Repairs
Control Section 127-05
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on August 7, 2015 LA 127 will be closed approximately 2.6 miles and 4.3 miles south of the LA 126 intersection in order to repair base failures. The base failure at 4.3 miles south of the LA 126 intersection will be completed first. These closures are expected to last 2 days.
Permit/Detour section
The roadway will be closed to all traffic for the duration of the repairs. The detour route is as stated:
Southbound traffic on LA 127 will detour West on LA 126, then South on LA 499, then West on LA 34, then East on US 84, the East on LA 124, to LA 127.
Northbound traffic on LA 127 will detour West on LA 124, then West on US 84, then East on LA 34, then North on LA 499, then East on LA 126, to LA 127.
