Eastbound I-20 at La. 151 (Exit 69) for emergency overpass repairs, Bienville Parish

This is to advise that on Monday, July 27, 2015, beginning at 9 p.m., I-20 Eastbound, approximately 850 feet west of the La. 151 overpass, will be closed. The interstate will reopen at 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 28. Night closures from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. are expected to last four nights. Traffic will be allowed to pass through on the La. 151 exit and entrance ramps.
If required, any further night work is limited to the following restrictions:
• Sunday through Thursday, full closure of eastbound I-20 will be in place from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am.
• Friday through Saturday, full closure of eastbound I-20 will be in place from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Alternate Route: INTERSTATE CLOSURE. Through traffic will be slowed to 45 mph with signs directing the traffic diversion to the off-ramp and then immediately back on the interstate with the on-ramp.
Additionally, beginning Monday, Aug. 3, expect single-lane closures during daylight hours for approximately two months. Traffic will be allowed to pass in one open interstate lane.
These night road closures and day lane closures are required for emergency bridge repairs on the La. 151 overpass.
