The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning Wednesday July 15, 2015 at 7:00 PM, weather permitting, the on ramp from LA 28E onto US 167 South (Pineville Expressway) in Pineville will be closed to all traffic and will be reopened at 6:00 AM the following morning. This temporary complete closure is needed to place Portland Cement Concrete that is associated with the ongoing on ramp improvement project at this location.
