LANE CLOSURE / LANE SHIFT
HIGHWAY 1208-3 RAPIDES PARISH,
NORTH OF HIGHWAY 71/MACARTHUR DRIVE
This release was previously issued and failed to post in the system. The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning on Tuesday June 23, weather permitting, LA 1208-3 ( Jackson Street) in the vicinity of Texas Ave to Macarthur Drive will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Southbound traffic will be shifted to the inside Northbound lane to facilitate 2-way traffic. This closure/shift is necessary for a concrete slab replacement project and is expected to last approximately 3 days.
Permit/Detour section
Southbound traffic will be shifted into one of the northbound lanes, no wide loads will be permitted.
