(RESCHEDULED) WEEKEND WORK

***DUE TO THE RAIN FORECASTED FOR THIS WEEKEND AND NEXT WEEKEND BEING THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY, THE BELOW CLOSURES WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL 7/10/15 - 7/13/15***

There will be closures of the inside (left) and outside (right) lanes on the I-10/I-12/I-59 interstates on Friday, June 26, 2015 through Monday, June 29, 2015 (weather permitting) while crews remove and replace the roadway at the following locations:
• I-10 Eastbound inside (Left) lane between the French Branch Bridge (Mile Post 267.14) (just north of the Gause Blvd. Overpass) and the West Pearl River Bridge (Mile Post 269.81) (near the I-10 Welcome Center) from 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015 to 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2015. All lanes will be re-open Monday, June 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
• I-10 Westbound inside (Left) lane between the West Pearl River Bridge (Mile Post 269.81) (near the I-10 Welcome Center) and the French Branch Bridge (Mile Post 267.14) (just west of LA 1090 Overpass) from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. daily. All lanes will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• I-59 Southbound outside (Right) lane between the I-10/I-59 split (Mile Post 0) and (Mile Post 1) (just south of the I-59 Rest Area) from 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015 to 5:00 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2015. All lanes will re-open Monday, June 29, 2015 at 5:00 a.m.
• I-12 Eastbound inside (Left) lane between I-59 Overpass (Mile Post 85.00) and I-10/I-12 merge (Mile Post 85.72) from 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2015 to 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 29, 2015. All lanes will be re-open Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.

Permit/ Detour Section
One lane of traffic will remain open at all times. No oversized loads greater than 12’ wide will be allowed through the construction zone during lane closures.

Motorists wanting to utilize US 90 as a detour should be aware that there are load restrictions on the Pearl River Bridges which only allow for passenger vehicles. No larger truck traffic will be allowed.
