SUBJECT: Lane Closure at I-20 Eastbound Lane over the Red River in Shreveport, Caddo Parish. Structure# 451-01-1933-1
This is to advise that on Sunday, June 21, 2014, beginning at 5:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., the right lane of the I-20 eastbound bridge over the Red River, will be closed for bridge deck repairs. This will reduce I-20 eastbound to a single lane across the Red River.
Also the southbound on-ramp from US 71/LA 1 (North Market) and the northbound on-ramp from LA 1 (Youree Drive) to I-20 eastbound will be closed during these hours.
Alternate Route: This closure will allow vehicles 12 feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Larger vehicles must detour using LA 1/US71, US 80, LA 3 and I-20.
The work zone will be reopened to traffic after the cure time has allowed the concrete patches to gain adequate strength.
