The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that Hwy 71 at the Winn/Natchitoches Parish Line at the Saline Bayou Bridge, is NOW OPEN to ALL VEHICULAR TRAFFIC , effective Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
