LA 16, Livingston, Lane Closure, Permit #62027328
LA 16, Northbound at approx. 0.6 miles south of LA 64 & LA 1026 (Lockhart Road), in Denham Springs, inside/left lane will be closed intermittently Tuesday, June 9, 2015 through Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. weekdays as well as weekends while crews install a left turn lane at Curry Davis Road. One lane of traffic will be open in the northbound direction at all times. No lane closures will be allowed during the hours of 6 am – 9am and 3 pm – 6pm Monday – Friday.
This closure will allow vehicles up to 11 feet wide to pass through the construction zone. The road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles and loads will be under permit restrictions. Motorists may use LA 1028 to LA 64 as an alternate route.
