I-10/I-12/I-59 Ramp and Lane Closures
June 4, 2015

There will be daily alternating closures of the inside (left) and outside (right) lanes on the I-10/I-12/I-59 interstates on Sunday, June 7, 2015 through Thursday, June 11, 2015 (weather permitting) while crews remove and replace the roadway at the following locations:
• I-10 Eastbound between the French Branch Bridge (Mile Post 267.14) (just north of Gause Blvd.) and the West Pearl River Bridge (Mile Post 269.81) (near the I-10 Welcome Center) from 6:00 pm to 10:00 am. All lanes will be open between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm daily.
• I-10 Westbound between the French Branch Bridge (Mile Post 267.14) (just north of Gause Blvd.) and the West Pearl River Bridge (Mile Post 269.81) (near the I-10 Welcome Center) from 6:00 pm to 2:00 pm. All lanes will be open between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm daily.
• I-59 Southbound between the I-10/I-59 split (Mile Post 0) and (Mile Post 1) (just south of the I-59 Rest Area) from 9:00 am to 5:00 am. Tuesday through Friday morning. All lanes will be open from 5:00 am to 9:00 am daily.
• I-59 Northbound between the I-10/I-59 split (Mile Post 0) and (Mile Post 1) (just south of the I-59 Rest Area) from 7:00 pm to 12:00 noon daily Tuesday through Friday morning. All lanes will be open from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm daily.
• I-12 Eastbound between the I-59 underpass (Mile Post 85.54) and I-10 merge (Mile Post 86.28) from 5:00 pm to 11:00 am. All lanes will be open between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.

Permit/ Detour Section - NEW MAP INCLUDES US 11 AS A POSSIBLE DETOUR
One lane of traffic will remain open at all times. Up to 12-wide loads will be allowed through the construction zone, anything larger will not be allowed through.


Motorists wanting to utilize US 90 as a detour should be aware that there are load restrictions on the Pearl River Bridges which only allow for passenger vehicles. No larger truck traffic will be allowed.
