La. 3049 closed due to flooding (Caddo Parish)

BOSSIER CITY, La. - This is to advise motorists that the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has closed La. 3049 from La. 538 to 1 mile north of the I-220 underpass. It will remain closed until flooding from the Red River recedes.
Restrictions/Permits: Total Road Closure
