LA 147 – North Hodge, Jackson Parish

UPDATED: Replacement of the railroad grade crossing is complete and LA 147 is open to traffic. Detour routes are no longer required.
Beginning Tuesday, June 9, 2015, LA 147 in North Hodge, Jackson Parish, at the railroad crossing 0.3 miles north of US 167 will be closed for approximately one week. The road closure is required to replace the railroad grade crossing.
Detour routes will be provided and signed. All vehicles must detour using US 167 to LA 155 to LA 147.
DOTD and Watco Co. appreciate your patience and remind you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
