Update: LA 590, Morehouse Parish

Update (7/22): Roadway construction on LA 590 in Morehouse Parish is now complete. Traffic on LA 590 will no longer experience any lane closures associated with this construction project.
LA 590 in Morehouse Parish will be reduced to one lane starting at the intersection of US 425 and continue to Elvin Road. The lane closures will begin on Monday, June 8th, 2015 and continue until approximately Friday, July 31, 2015. The lane closures will begin each morning around 7:00 a.m. and end around 5:00 p.m. each evening, weather permitting. No work on LA 590 is projected on the weekends at this time. These lane closures will allow contractors to perform work on existing drainage structures and install new asphalt surfacing in this area.
Detours/Permits:
Detour routes will not be provided. LA 590 will be open to all traffic.
