LA 40: From Tangipahoa River Bridge to RR Avenue in Independence, Tangipahoa Parish

UPDATE: LA 40, alternating lane closures eastbound and westbound, from Tangipahoa River Bridge to RR Avenue in Independence, have been extended through Saturday, June 6, 2015, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, while crews perform bridge surface repairs, weather permitting. One lane will remain open at all times.
OVERSIZE LOADS ARE RESTRICTED TO 10 FEET IN WIDTH.
Motorist may experience a 10-15 minute delay.
