Road construction will begin on LA 1064, between US 190 and LA 443, on Tuesday May 26, 2015 and continue through early August 2015.
Alternating lane closures will be in effect during this period and motorist are advised to prepare for reduced speed limits and possible delays of up to 15 minutes.
OVERSIZE LOADS ARE RESTRICTED TO 12 FEET IN WIDTH BEGINNING 5/28/2015.
Northbound motorist can avoid this construction zone by traveling west bound on US 190 to the junction of LA 443, then north on LA 443 to the junction of LA 1064.
Southbound traffic can take LA 443 south to US 190, then east on US 190 to the junction of LA 1064.
