La. 642 Road Closure at the CN Railroad crossing in St. James Parish

THIS WORK WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DONE THIS WEEK, HOWEVER DUE TO THE WEATHER, IT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL NEXT WEEK.
There will be a road closure at the Canadian National Railroad track crossing on La. 642 in Paulina in St. James Parish. The closure will start on Tuesday, June 2 at 7:30 a.m. and continue until Thursday morning, June 4 at 4:00 a.m. This closure is needed for the railroad company to perform maintenance at the crossing.
The road will be closed to all traffic during this time.
The signed detour route for this closure will include La. 3125, La. 3193 and La. 44 (River Road).
