LA 44 @ Canadian National Railroad Crossing (Ascension Parish)

LA 44 will be closed at the Canadian National (CN) Railroad Crossng 3/4 mile south of the intersection of LA 22 in Burnside, from May 20, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. through Friday May 22, 2015 4:00 a.m. This closure is needed to perform maintenance on the railroad crossing.
Road will be closed to all traffic during this time.
The signed detour route includes LA 44, LA 22 and LA 70.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
