I-10, St. Tammany Parish, Lane Closure
May 5, 2015

There will be a closure of the Eastbound I-10 right (outside) lane near mile post 272.8 (Middle Pearl River Bridge) on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, (weather permitting) between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. while crews perform emergency repairs to the right approach slab.

Additionally, there will be a closure of the Eastbound I-10 left (inside) lane at the above location on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 (weather permitting) between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. while crews perform emergency repairs to the left approach slab.

One lane will be open to traffic at all times.

Permit/Detour Section

To avoid the lane closure, eastbound passenger vehicles may take I-10 to US 190-B (Fremaux Ave.) (Exit 265), east on US 190-B to the Jct. US 90, east on US 90 to MS 607, north on MS 607 to I-10.

Larger truck traffic should remain on I-10 as there are load restrictions on US 90 prohibiting larger vehicles.
