LA 64 (Magnolia Bridge Project), East Baton Rouge

The intersection of LA 64 @ LA 37 (Greenwell Springs Road), near Magnolia Bridge, the LA 64 westbound outside thru lane and the LA 37 northbound thru lanes will be closed from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm daily beginning Wednesday, December 26, 2012 thru Friday, December 28, 2012 (weather permitting). One lane in each direction will be open at all times. This closure is necessary to allow crews to install new traffic signal loop detectors.

This closure will allow vehicles up to 11 feet wide to pass through the construction zone. The road is open for regular traffic but oversize vehicles and loads are still under permit restrictions. Motorists may use US 190 as an alternate route.
