The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that US 171 (North 5th Street) northbound (Leesville) will be reduced to one lane at the Kansas City Southern Railroad underpass beginning 8:00 pm Wednesday, March 25, 2015, ending at 6:00 am Thursday, March 26, 2015 and again on Thursday, March 26, 2015 beginning 8:00 pm, ending at 6:00 am on Friday, March 27, 2015. This closure is necessary for emergency repairs to the railroad crossing structure over US 171.

One lane of northbound traffic will be maintained at all times.
