US 61 (Airline Hwy) East Baton Rouge Parish

US 61 (Airline Hwy) southbound will be reduced to one lane of traffic at Dawnadele Ave at 9:00 pm Wednesday March 18, 2015 until 6 am Thursday March 19, 2015. This closure is necessary for emergency roadway work.
One lane of southbound traffic will be maintained at all times. There are no vehicle restrictions and a detour is not necessary.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
