UPDATE: (3/31/15) The I-20 westbound lanes are now reopened to traffic. Note that minor work is still occurring at this location so be aware of the construction workers and flaggers as they finish this area.
UPDATE: (3/27/15) The right lane westbound is now reopened to traffic. The left lane westbound is now scheduled to be closed from Saturday, 3/28 through Tuesday, 3/31.
The right lane at Tallulah in the westbound direction from approximately mile post 172 to approximately mile post 171 will be closed from Wednesday, March 25 through Wednesday, April 1, 2015. The westbound off ramp at Exit 171 to US 65 and the westbound on ramp from US 65 will remain open during this.
The purpose of this closure is to allow for scheduled construction improvements.
Restrictions:
During this lane closure, the westbound direction of I-20 will be restricted to 16' maximum width.
Detour:
No formal detour has been established.
