Road or Lane Closure LA 427 (Old Perkins Road) Weekend Lane Closure, East Baton Rouge and Ascension Parish

The west bound lane of Old Perkins Road (LA 427) near Bayou Manchac will be closed from 6 am to 6 pm on Saturday, February 20, 2015. This closure is necessary for drainage installation. A minimum of one lane will remain open to traffic at all times.
Traffic will be maintained at all times with a flagging operation. Motorists should expect delays and be prepared to stop. This project will allow vehicles 10 feet wide or less to pass through the construction zone during closures.
Work is subject to change depending on adverse weather conditions.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
