The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning Monday February 16, 2015 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting, construction work will begin on the bridge over Spring Creek on Durand Road Southeast of Hineston which will require the bridge to be closed to traffic. The work will consist of replacing the existing bridge with a new concrete slab span bridge. The construction work is expected to last approximately four (4) months and the bridge will remain closed throughout the duration of the project.
Permit/Detour section
There are no detours at this time associated with this project and the public is advised to use an alternative route to Durand Road.
