There will be a inside lane closure on US 61 over the Baker Canal Bridge (3.5 Miles north of I-110) on the following nights:
- February 11th 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. – Closing left travel lane of Hwy 61 SB
- February 12th 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. – Closing left travel lane of Hwy 61 SB
- February 13th 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. – Closing left travel lane of Hwy 61 NB
This lane closure will allow the installation of concrete barriers along the insde edge of each bridge to facilitate the replacement of the existing bridge.
There are no vehicle restrictions.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
