Cancelled - LA 67/Plank Road, East Feliciana Parish, Wal-mart Turn Lane

Due to inclement weather, the following lane closure has been cancelled.
LA 67/Plank Road, in Clinton, will have alternating lane closures of both the north and south bound lanes Sunday, January 25, beginning at 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM in order to install a turn lane at the new Wal-mart. A travel lane will be open at all times.
This closure has no vehicle restrictions.
For an alternate route:
Northbound Traffic on Plank Road may detour onto LA 412, travel 1.3 miles and take a right onto LA 957. Travel approximately 2.5 miles on LA 957; this road will become LA 955 and you will travel another 6.5 miles until its intersection with LA 10. You will then turn right onto LA 10 and travel 2 miles and you can turn left immediately past the courthouse if your destination is north of Clinton and your desired route is LA 67/Liberty Highway or you can continue on LA 10 until its intersection with LA 67/Plank Rd.
For southbound traffic, from Clinton travel LA 10 towards Jackson about 2 miles. Take a left onto LA 955 and stay on this road for approximately 6.5 miles and the road will then become LA 957 and you will need to drive about 2.5 more miles until it intersects with LA 412. Take a left onto LA 412 and continue on it for approximately 1.3 miles until in intersects with LA 67/Plank Rd.
Emergency vehicles will have access and no detour is necessary.
