La 838, Ouachita Parish

As of 1/20/2015, LA 838 is now open to through traffic.
Beginning Tuesday, January 13, 2015, LA 838 in Ouachita Parish will be closed 4.2 miles east of the intersection of LA 838 and LA 546 for approximately two weeks. This road closure is required to conduct routine bridge maintenance.
All vehicles must detour using LA 546, I-20 and LA 617.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
