Westbound US90B (Westbank Expressway) on-ramp at Lafayette Ave. in Harvey closed on Tuesday January 13, 2015 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm for installation of traffic control devices.
Vehicles may detour using the Manhattan on-ramp or LA 18 (4th St).
