Manhattan Ave. crossover (ground-level Westbank Expressway median) in Harvey closed, both directions, from Thursday 12-4-14 thru Saturday 12-6-14 (ending Sunday morning, 12-7-14 at 5:00am), 9:00pm – 5:00am nightly for bridge construction.
Vehicles may detour using LA 18 (4th St).
