The exit ramp to Tulane Ave./Carrolton Ave. from I-10 WB, the I-10 WB entrance ramp from Pontchartrain Blvd., and the I-10 WB entrance ramp from Carrolton Ave. will be closed from 7:30 PM Wednesday, October 22, 2014, to 5:30 AM Thursday, October 23, 2014 for milling and repaving the existing asphalt pavement.
Alternate routes - I-610, Claiborne Ave., Broad St.
