I-20 Richland Parish EASTBOUND at LA 583 Interchange (EXIT 141) BEE BAYOU ROAD

UPDATE: (9/25/2015) All work has been completed for this project.
10/24/14 UPDATE: The LA 583 Eastbound Off Ramp and the LA 583 Eastbound On Ramp are now reopened to traffic. Note that minor work is still occurring at this location so be aware of the construction workers and flaggers as they finish this area.
10/16/14 UPDATE: Due to the recent weather, the work on these ramps has been delayed and the ramps will continue to be closed until Monday, October 27, 2014.
10/13/14 UPDATE: Due to weather conditions, the work on these ramps has delayed and the ramps will continue to be closed until Wednesday, October 22, 2014.
The LA 583 eastbound off ramp (Exit 141) and LA 583 eastbound on ramp to I-20 will be closed on Monday, October 6, 2014 and will remain closed until Tuesday, October 14, 2014.
The purpose of this closure is to allow for scheduled construction ramp improvements.
Restrictions:
During closure no vehicles will be allowed to exit eastbound from I-20 at Exit 141 to LA 583 (Bee Bayou) nor will they be allowed to enter eastbound from LA 583 (Bee Bayou) to I-20.
Detour:
A detour has been established by taking Exit 138 (Rayville) to US 425 north to US 80 then east to LA 583 for exiting traffic. Additionally by taking US 80 east to LA 183 (Holly Ridge) then south to I-20 traffic can enter I-20 eastbound.
