US 165 Ouachita Parish (Northbound lane closure from Caldwell Parish Line to 4.4 miles) Project H.009531

UPDATE: 11/24/2014 All lanes are open.
The left (inside) northbound lane of US 165 from the Caldwell Parish line north 4.4 miles will be closed. This closure will take effect beginning on Monday, September 29, 2014 and will remain closed approximately 4 weeks through Monday, October 27.
Following this, then the right (outside) northbound lane of US 165 from the Caldwell Parish line north 4.4 miles will be closed. This closure will take effect beginning Monday, October 27, 2014 and will remain closed approximately 4 weeks through Monday, November 24.
The purpose of this lane closure is to allow for scheduled construction improvements.
Restrictions:
Traffic will be able to travel in the single open northbound lane. Oversize loads up to 22' would be able to utilize a combination of the open lane and shoulder through this area.
Detour:
No formal detour has been established.
