Northbound Brown Ave. crossover (median of ground level Westbank Expressway) in Harvey – both lanes closed daily from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, from Friday, Sept. 26, to Friday, Oct. 9 while crews work on drainage.
This closure will prohibit all vehicles from passing through the construction zone. Vehicles may detour using LA 3017 Peters Rd. or Manhattan Blvd.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction zone and be alert for work crews and their equipment.
