There will be intermittent, alternating lane closures on both the Eastbound and Westbound lanes of US 190 from the LA 22/US 190 interchange (near mile post 250.5) to the St. Ann/Meadowbrook intersection (near mile post 251.0) while crews install temporary striping and adjust traffic signals needed to shift to the next phase of the project. This work will take place on Monday, September 22, 2014 between the hours of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM (weather permitting). One lane in each direction will remain open at all times.


Permit/Detour Section
By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.

To avoid construction delays, motorists traveling Eastbound on US 190 may take I-12 Eastbound for 2 miles to LA 59 (Exit 65). Travel South on LA 59 for 3.75 miles to the intersection of US 190 (Florida Street) in Mandeville.

LA 22 Eastbound motorists may take US 190 Westbound to I-12 Eastbound. Travel for 2 miles to LA 59 (Exit 65). Travel South on LA 59 for 3.75 miles to the intersection of US 190 (Florida Street) in Mandeville.

Motorists traveling Westbound on US 190 may turn North on LA 59 and travel 3.75 miles to I-12. Then take I-12 West for 2 miles to US 190 (Exit 63).
